Because we, as Mom's Natural Foods, pursued "good food" with real ingredients. While preparing our granola, we increased the richness of oats, which is a fibrous and valuable food, with fruits, nuts, seeds and seeds. We used apple juice instead of sugar. We added wheat germ, one of nature's most precious foods. We baked it with extra virgin olive oil from the Aegean. Thus, we obtained a granola high in fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. We did not introduce preservatives, sweeteners, colorants and flavors into our kitchen. We attached importance to the fact that our recipe consists of readable and known materials. We created a "simple, delicious, as-is" granola with a mother's hand.

WHY DID WE ADD WHEAT GERM TO OUR GRANOLA?

DO OUR GRANOLAS CONTAIN GLUTEN?

Yes, it does. Pure oats do not actually contain gluten, but we cannot find this oats in our country, there are certified producers in America. Since the agriculture and production of oats in our country is done very close to or in the same place as gluten-containing wheat, it is classified as gluten because there is cross-contamination.
